Luxurious Downtown Penthouse w/ Hot Tub!

Jessica has a lovely property in Whitefish with a great location in town. The property was ready upon our arrival which was appreciated. However, communication with Jessica during our stay was very difficult and frustrating. We asked for cleaning supplies, told they would arrive by X time and they never appeared. Further - we planned a big dinner for six people on our last night and the kitchen sink started to leak to the point where we were not able to use it - we did our best to put towels in place/stop the leak but washing dishes and prepping the meal became a disappointing disaster. We messaged the owner multiple times - no answer/no reply. We later learned that she was out of town. This is unacceptable - when you have guests at your property, a responsive contact number must be made available. We met the owner's husband the next morning - he apologized but took no responsibility for what happened. Honestly, my group felt that he should have offered us some compensation for our huge inconvenience; however, that did not happen. Very disappointing and unprofessional. It left us with a sour departure. If it was handled better we would absolutely plan a return; but I don't feel I can comfortably return to this property given our experience.
